Hatha Yoga - Sun and moon yoga. A balanced program of yoga postures with pranayama (breath extension) and deep relaxation. An aid in stress reduction.

Ashtanga Yoga - An energetic, dynamic yoga form utilising rhythmic breathing, building a deep internally cleansing heat. Primary series as taught by David Swenson.

Ashtanga Beginners - An introduction to this traditional form of power yoga enabling progression into the intermediate classes.
